When We Are Closed

NHS 111 provides our evening, weekend and bank holiday out of hours cover. 

Our local out of hours co-operative, Partnership of East London Co-Operatives (PELC), provides cover during the daytime if the surgery is closed. 

Therefore:

If the surgery is closed between the hours of : 

8:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday please call PELC on 0330 100 4471

Outside of these hours and at weekends and bank holidays:

Please call        NHS111           by dialling 111 .

Trained staff will take your details and, if appropriate, will contact the out of hours doctor who will telephone and/or visit you. Calls to this service are free from both landlines and mobiles. 

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine medical emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
