As a team we are pleased with our results however, we are reviewing how we can improve on the feedback that we received in relation to 1. Patients getting to speak to their preferred GP, and 2. Patients were offered a choice of appointment when they last tried to make an appointment. Whilst the feedback on these two areas was better that both the local area and national ratings we want to increase our Patient satisfaction across both of these points.

Community Pharmacy Consultation Service-Patients can now also be referred to see a local pharmacist for a personal consultation dependant on the illness/Symptoms
