Opening times

NHS 111 provides our evening, weekend and bank holiday out of hours cover. 

Our local out of hours co-operative, Partnership of East London Co-Operatives (PELC), provides cover during the daytime if the surgery is closed. 

Therefore:

If the surgery is closed between the hours of 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday please call PELC on 0330 100 4471

Outside of these hours and at weekends and bank holidays use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Evening & weekend appointments

All appointments are initially telephone consultations.  If the doctor decides you need a face-to-face consultation you will be given an additional appointment. 

We offer GP, Paramedic and nurse appointments on evenings and weekends, these are based at our PCN hub at the Buckhurst Way Centre (49 Buckhurst Way)

Appointments are available between 6:30pm and 8pm on weekday evening and 9am and 5pm on a Saturday. These pre-book only via our 'contact us' portal or via reception - 020 8504 0122
